Got gold stars on all the Blitz songs finally. Ended with Death on Two Legs, which I had just barely gotten gold stars on. Also got my #1 on Blue Monday back after falling to #8 for a while. Amazing how much of a difference Jackpot made, lol. (inb4someoneonthisboardgoesandbeatsmyscore)

Yeah, Jackpot is pretty much a necessity on any song that is longer than average, and the longer a song, the more significant the benefit (assuming, of course, you're able to keep a streak.) I'm sure there are a few exceptions, but I don't think I even Gold-Starred Blue Monday on my first attempt without Jackpot, and I easily did with it.

FINALLY got the gold-star on Diamond Eyes. That demanded almost total perfection, had to get all the multipliers up every time, get 100 percent on the solo and spam road rage like you wouldn't believe. I feel like I should write a strategy guide for that song now because I know it so well.

All that's left for Blitz songs is Cult of Personality, Shout and (the bane of my existence) Sing. Anyone got tips for that one? The other two I'm close, but Sing I'm just like "Dafuq? How do I pull this off?"

I got 560k on Cult of Personality. I'm hoping I can break 600k on it soon. So far I haven't been able to come close to that 560k run again.

I just recently finished off gold starring the setlist and Diamond Eyes was my bane as well. It along with Shout demand a very strong performance with little margin for error.

Sing is tricky because there are instrument breaks... you have to plot out a little bit in advance around them so you aren't looking for bass or guitar notes where there are none.

I don't remember having any trouble with Diamond Eyes or Sing using what would have almost certainly been Road Rage/Blast Notes/Super Guitar. (I say that because I only played each of them twice, once without powerups to grind coins and once later after coins became free candy.) For Sing (or any songs that have instrument breaks or otherwise tricky multiplier caps), I think it helps a lot to have Road Rage and Blast Notes because those combined can really help with keeping the multipliers up. If you're trying to use something like Jackpot and Flame, it can be MUCH tougher to level up each track unless you really know the path well.

Yep, that was my victory for the week too. My last song was Sing, but I think Boom-Lay (Diamond Eyes) gave me the most difficulty.

Unfortunately, I didn't beat Pime_Taradox in our score war to cap the whole thing off

Gold starred Child in Time, which is by far my proudest accomplishment so far, even more so than my gold star count

My victory is being able to play again. I noticed I went from 1st to 6th in a month, I'm back up to fifth place again.
