Are there going to be any "new" Beatles songs available for download or is the 3 albums plus "All you need is love" all there will be?

Probably nothing new.

Creating Beatles DLC is extremely time-consuming and labor intensive. Whereas DLC for the main game involves masters being sent to HMX's offices (I think?), the Beatles' masters never leave Abbey Road. The songs for the main game and the DLC that we have were charted by means of a team from HMX actually flying over to London to work with the songs there. Given how iffy the climate for rhythm gaming is these days, it's not likely that that's going to happen.
Also consider that it's been nearly three years since the last DLC came out, and that releasing DLC for a four-instrument game when you've been releasing DLC with pro drums and basic/pro keys charts for two years probably isn't a move they want to make. And in case this is your next question -- no, they can't make Beatles DLC that way. That would require a fundamental change to the game itself that would be waaaaayyyyyyyyy too time consuming and expensive.
So is it outside the realm of possibility? Maybe not, but it's awfully close. Don't expect any more DLC.
Officially, there's always a chance.
In reality, that chance is slightly slimmer than you winning the grand prize in the lotto.
At this point, the game is 3 years old, and hasn't had DLC for 2 years and 9 months. There's still a market for it, but probably not a market that will make HMX any money.

Especially considering when it was being made, Harmonix was 300 people strong all working on Rock Band, now they're 150ish all split between different projects, so they don't quite have the people to send across the ocean while still pumping out better performing Rock Band DLC.
