Nope, GrandWuser tiered Starless And Bible Black, not Starless. Both are by King Crimson, but S&BB is a nine-minute instrumental while Starless is a 12 and a half minute epic.


Also, Starless and Bible Black is the penultimate track on the album of the same name while Starless is the last track on the album Red, both were released in 1974 and were the last recordings from King Crimson until the 80's.
