Why can't HMX also allow the RB2 version of "Mama Tried" for the Country goal?

Ya, and when I d/l the RB3 version it never showed up - had to delete the old.


Also ---- I have 41 of 42 on the RB1 challenge. Played (literally) every song in my catalog (including bonus songs and [original] dlc) and I am missing 1 song still.....
Anyone?

It was possible to delete individual songs from the RB1 export. Maybe you deleted the cover of Tom Sawyer after getting the original version?

The only way to get it back is to use a copy of RB1 and re-export.

That's not true. The goals system is meant to encourage collaboration with others. Join up with someone who has that song!

He said that was the only way for him to get the cover of Tom Sawyer back into RB3/Blitz, which is definitely true. It's also true that to complete the goal you don't need to have every song and can team up with others. However, if he already played approximately 98% of the songs, would it be in someone else's best interest to join his goal only to get 2% of the possible coins?

I had an awesome marathon session on Pro Drums.... Have the disks from all my RB games/packs, so it's all good - if super-frustrating trying to figure out the problem... I will say, given the grief on Mama Tried and this (and potential similar issues in the future): HMX please either take into account same song library variations or just avoid those songs in goals!!
