New goals 9/25/12

Wasn't the last genre goal "Metal", and that was 100,000? Decade goals are understandably larger.

I though I remember Classic Rock being noticeably larger, but maybe I'm misremembering. Of course, there's a metric crapton of classic rock songs available as well.
