It looks like a computer-generated image, because that's what you know the character as and who the crap would do all that for essentially no reason. But it's not. There are tons of other pictures of the same model:

It's definitely the most effort I've ever seen put into a cosplay.

Plus I have nothing to cosplay for, save maybe that Halloween dance my school is having, but they have weird rules (no living people, only good guys, no generic people or inanimate objects, no crossdressing) and I have no idea whop to go as.
