Message in a Bottle Rocket is the most difficult

The completion text indicates that they are analogous: specifically, to get a Shockwave bonus of 50,000 points while playing Cherry Waves, and to get a Bandmate bonus of 80,000 while playing Band on the Run. But the descriptions clearly imply different behavior. The Cherry Shockwaves description makes it sound like you need to get a total score of 50,000 on the song just while having Shockwave equipped, and Bandmate on the Run reads more like the actual behavior, which is that you literally need to earn 80,000 points of your total score (whatever that ends up being) from the Bandmate bonus score.

I will say that the Cherry Waves description seems wrong since it's implying that all you need from the song is 50,000 points while also getting 50,000 points from the power-up

Guys I fixed the wording so you will never fight with each other ever again. You need to get X points with Y power-up on each of them. Total score is not part of it. I'd written it that way initially when I understood it to be based on total score, but that is not indeed the case!

Glad you changed the descriptions, but I have to respectfully decline with regard to the hugging. If I stopped arguing about trifling arcane crap on the Internet, I'd pretty much have to permanently surrender my Nerd card, and that is something I have no intention of doing.

EDIT: I find it hilarious that people were already fighting about the verbiage of the descriptions before HMXPope even announced that the goals were available.

For the Offspring goal, if you get two or more players, can they both (or all) play the same song for it to count? I am one song shy of physically being able to complete that goal.

No. Any song only counts once, no matter who plays it or (since the fix) in which game (for goals that are compatible with both Blitz and RB3). You can improve your score on that one song, but it still only counts as one song. If you 5-star it and your buddy gold-stars it, it counts as 6 stars. But not 11.

I'm really curious to try this, but I don't think I've played Cherry Waves yet (actually, I have! Thanks RBW!)...I don't think I've used Shockwave even once ever, probably because it was one of the achievements that got cut in the PS3 version so I never had any reason to.

Hmm...do the types of purple notes make the note worth more in shockwave? Because I've tried three times now and I haven't been able to get over 46,460...

EDIT: I think I can confirm that it does not. However I'm going to continue to trust Pope's judgment on the point goal and assume it's achievable
