stage kit, worth it?

i was considering buying the rockband stage kit. i've seen a couple videos but they all pretty much bashed on it. i really like the lights but it seems the fog could be a problem, i have a large room i play in and it can easily be ventilated.

but i wanna hear from people who have it, is it as bad as everyone says or is it a pretty good buy?

I've enjoyed mine, especially at parties. However it is disappointing that it can't be used w/ AIM. If you can find it on the cheap I would say it is worth picking it up.

alright, thanks a lot man! and thats why i was thinking of getting it, my brother and our 2 friends get together every week and go crazy, last night we did the 80's. do you know if any store would still hold it? i remember seeing it at my gamestop a long time ago, idk if they still got it, because i dont wanna spend $100

Personally, it's not for me, though Ive never tried it. Plus, the fog is optional, I believe.

Good luck finding it. Check amazon or ebay. Finding a new one will be hard given it was discontinued 3 years ago.

I picked mine up for 10 bucks at gamestop. I can't believe people are willing to spend that much on it.

Those kits were going for $25 and later $10 at Gamestop, just last year.

Personally I'd buy legit stage equipment. Get a fog machine for $40 and you can reuse it for Halloween.
