We're starting with the songs that have appeared in that other music game from COB.
In Flames, anything pre-reroute to remain are a no go. The band lost a lot of the stems from those old tracks so they're just not happening.
Not full albums (well not at the moment) from Avenged, but I won't see you tonight pt 1 and Chapter 4 could be coming (hint).

What bands from Sub Pop are you pursuing, or is the label totally back on board and everything is a possibility?
Dang. That's quite a list.
Personally, I'll get excited when you send me the consent forms*. The latter part of 2013 is a really long way away, and there's a lot of things that could change between now and then.
To be fair, TAG has pulled off some amazing things -- but I can't hold my breath for 12 months, no matter how much I like Sublime.
* Okay, I'm cheating a little here, since I have more than standard-user intel on what's coming up on the RBN! But still.
I don't normally follow the RBN due to it going down a path where the songs getting released weren't up my alley and/or the songs that I was looking forward to ended up getting mixed horribly or some other shennanigans went on with it, but I have to say, I'm impressed Noble.
The fact that you (and your team) can get the license to the original Sublime material when (for all intents and purposes) it looks like HMX couldn't is really damn impressive. It's also impressive that you didn't let HMX's rock-blocking you on "Unholy Confessions" stop you from pursuing the Avenged Sevenfold avenue that you had intended to work on before the block.
Overall, good job. From that line-up it looks like the RBN will gain some credibility by bringing songs to the game from bands that were once considered "HMX territory". Looks like I'm going to have to start paying attention to the RBN again.
May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?
For everyone getting excited about Sub Pop, keep in mind that the bigger bands tend to charge heavy licensing fees, so they're considerably less likely.
I'm not saying not to be excited, I'm just suggesting that you curb your enthusiasm.

Is there *anything* that the community can do to help unblock whatever roadblock you're dealing with? Or completely out of everybody's hands?
I mean, we can try to organize petitions or send bags of peanuts or whatever to whatever labels we need to do make this happen (if it would help).

No it's unfortunately the logistics of how kickstarter works and how licensing works that's got us in the holding pattern right now. We're looking for a work around though!
