New goals 10/9/12

Oh. I guess I didn't Last week, the powerup based goals only showed Progress in-game if you got the required point total. I didn't know it offhand for either, so I assumed I got them both. I actually got neither :$ So, back at it!

Ah, I got TTFAFN on my second try. Still only freaking 4-starred it, though. Now Road Rage Blues redux. I'm gonna try just equipping Road Rage (since I already golded the song on my first playthrough).

Wow, my second run on Road Rage Blues was awesome. Even with Road Rage as my only powerup, I still 5-starred it. And my Road Rage score? Exactly 55,000 points. Awesome!

Blast Notes gets you extra OD, so makes that goal easier.

First time I did it I had Blast Notes and Super Guitar, and I only got 47,000-something on Road Rage. But I did gold-star it, so that was all right.

Did Captain Jackpot on first run.

I don't think I'll be able to complete Point Doubler of Know Return... I did a comfortable-GS run with the Point Doubler powerup enabled, focussed entirely on getting doubler points... and still came up more than 10,000 points short.

I'd like to think the target score for any goal requires approximately a GS performance using that powerup and focussed on that powerup... but for me, for this one, the two aren't even close. When a comfortable-GS performance isn't even close to good enough, the goal is out of my league.

Use super drums and concentrate on them as much as you can, best i could get with super guitar was 41.200, but with drums i got 58.000

I was doing super drums. I just logged a 222,542 score, in the top 25 leaderboard on PS3, but the Doubler points were a mere 18,000. It's preposterous.

What I don't know is, does all doubled stuff get logged as Doubler score? If you double Flame Notes, does that add to your Douler suibcategory score or just your Flame Notes score? If I save a doubler activation for the end, does that add to my doubler subcategory score, or does in just add to my ending score?

I don't know about the scoring, but i used blast notes instead of flame
