crashing after 1000+ songs played fix! yay good news!

So, found my save file patched today, all stars wiped after about 970 songs played. If I replay all my songs to get all my star displays back, will those stay and be permanent? If so, everyone's data should be patched from the beginning, if possible, to avoid all this.

nope, they'll be reset every time around that amount of songs.

Yeah, it's kind of a bummer, but it's definitely way better than not being able to play the game. The only real drawback for me is that in order to make sure I know if I've played a song or not, I have to check to see if I have a result on the leaderboard, which obviously takes a little longer than just sorting by star result. But once I have played everything I have (which I'm finally getting somewhat close to doing), it'll be easier to keep up with. Fortunately I have gold stars on all but a tiny handful of songs, and most of those I'll be able to get now that I'm comfortable with Jackpot and Flame, so it's really not of much informative use to see my stars anymore. Although it is pretty satisfying seeing rows of gold stars lined up.
