I still think there should also be one for the XMB, as people has rage to get out about that too.

I can understand how frustrating an XMB is, but if your not over it in 2 years of it happening, i don't know what to tell you lol.
Just how i see it, obviously we have to deal with that, but broken servers is different.

Last week I had issues connecting with friends to play together. After trying nearly everything under the sun, I finally switched the PS3 clock from Daylight Savings to Standard and VOILA! It worked....up until today, that is, lol. Played fine last night, but tried to connect to the RBC a half hour ago and no dice. So, went back to my system settings and put the PS3 clock back to Daylight Savings and now it connects again. Maybe it was just restarting the game that did it and the clock setting was a coincidence, but I put it out there just in case,

It's not a question of getting over it or not. I'm over it, I don't really care I'm not even affected enough to have frustration about this. All I'm saying is, there should be a thread about it, so people can describe what they are experiencing for a (most likely not) fix in the future. We can always dream, but it could happen.

I know sorry didn't really mean to direct that only at you, but more so at everyone <3
Oh and had no problems with RC today so far, 2 first time connections.

Then please go create a thread about. Since the mod removed it from the title of the thread there has been more discussion of it than when the thread started. the RCS is the issue here, the other we have adapted to, again it is RCS. It is also server side you are going to find out next week, changing instruments, setting time, restarts have no more effect than leaving it sitting on the menu it is just lucky timing.
We know the issue is being given attention now, Henry made a post in here and there may be 3 or 4 posts that have any information that will be worthy of sending to get whatever data he is getting, the rest are mostly talking about what we are trying to remove the focus on.

Saturday Nov 17th

8:15 until 8:45 PM EST unable to connect checked back and was connect at 9:05 PM.
10:45 to 11:15 had more connection issues connected while playing songs solo.
at about 1:20 AM I got booted but was able to immediately connect
2:18 AM booted again 2:47 AM still unable to connect.

I've connected first try the last three times.
Two times yesterday around 4pm, and 8pm
I'm in Central IL

Connected right away today around 12pm

And it's back to crap lol.

Cannot connect after my first try now at 1:19 (and i xmbd when it was "connecting to the rc" i know we are supposed to keep that separate, but found that really strange!!!)

My guess is the RCS connectivity problem is as random as the XMB.

Strangely, I've been able to connect first try since a couple of days. Before that I had to restart one time and it connected right away. I hope this will stay like this, not that restarting the game even before DLC is loaded takes time, but it's kinda annoying to have to do this almost every time I wanna play.

Mine used to always make me reload the first time also, and sometimes more than once depending how bad the servers got (or it wouldn't work at all [i gave up after 5+ usually)

But i'm wondering if the xmb isn't the servers now (always thought it was caused by that)

I highly doubt that they are related.
