@atalkingfish Great idea, at first I thought it was an actual announcement! Nice. For my own ideas on what DLC might be announced tomorrow, well, I'm going to go with the individual Green Day albums/or mass Green Day single tracks (I can't remember how they said they were releasing them). If not Green Day, then a 3 pack by a slightly less than modern band, say 1990's or even late 80's. No real idea just guessing.

With Halloween falling on a Wednesday this year I could see a pack related to the holiday coming this week so the tracks are available for any parties on the Saturday before (mine is). Also 80's music has been cleaning the clocks of most of the recent releases if the 360 rankings are anything to go by...So I'm going with...

    Oingo Boingo 1

    Dead Man's Party
    No One Lives Forever
    Just Another Day

    and

Men At Work - Who Can It Be Now?
    DLC I Need:
    __ Peter Gabriel
    __ Midnight Oil
    __ Twisted Sister
    __ Robert Palmer
    __ Slade
    __ Journey
    __ Oingo Boingo
    __ Genesis
    __ ELP
    __ ELO

In the beginning we didn't give any hints at all, so they shouldn't be expected every week. Sometimes we'll mention little tidbits to people watching the livestream just so they can brag about the scoop to other community members and make them green with envy. Only a real nimrod or tool would expect us to tip our hand early all the time.

Jibs, we've given you your fair share of hints, a metric ton of them over the last few months. I know you think you're a black sheep but we love you. We just can't give hints every week, especially not on Dance Central 3 launch week when we're all doing the foxtrot. You've got big shoulders, so I'm sure you'll be able to carry the burden of waiting for one more day.

Trust me, it's less exciting knowing all the upcoming DLC. You would enjoy it less if you knew all the specifics. You wouldn't want to see how DLC gets made, no more than you would want to watch Congress draft laws or visit a hog butcher. I'm sure you think having that kind of insight is Nirvana, but it's not. It's enough to make you scream.

Besides, I'm still convinced hints change how people react to announcements. Tempers flare, attitudes become tempestuous, people start brawling... it's not pretty. We don't want to create a schism in the community or leave anyone holding a grudge. Some people need to take the DLC less seriously, count 1, 2, 3 and relax. Don't get me wrong, you're all beautiful people, but a few folks need to put some energy into another hobby... go outside, talk about who wrote Holden Caulfield, play with model trains, anything other than camping here all day.

But please keep speculating. It's cool. Very cool. We like seeing people post accurate predictions, only to have others cut them down like wheat. Some people get so close, they have these revelations, and then they doubt themselves and backpedal, that's the real heartbreaker.
