Live Music You've Seen in 2012

A new concert thread for the new year, and now I've put it in the right sub-forum.

Mystlyfe has probably already gone to more concerts than the rest of us will for the whole year combined, so we should feel bad. I have a few tickets to upcoming shows, though.

Didn't get a chance to see any concerts in 2011. Hope to get a chance to go to some in 2012. That all depends on who will come all the way to Madison, WI to perform.

You people on the East Coast are lucky more bands will come do shows over there.

Seeing Childish Gambino in March. really excited. One of the better live hip-hop acts out there.

There are a number of upcoming concerts that I hope I get the opportunity to go to this year. Flipper and Onslaught are going to be near me next month. And then in April, the Buzz****s and then later the Heritage Hunter Tour with Opeth, Mastodon, and Ghost. Which is an awesome lineup and I already missed Ghost once this year, so I hope I get to see them this time.

Gonna see The Black Keys and Arctic Monkeys in Calgary in May.

Tomorrow I get to see Coldplay because I won tickets from KROQ (I live in LA county), so I'm pretty stoked even if it's going to be a smaller concert since it's for Jimmy Kimmel's Oscar Special.

I'm also going to be seeing Young the Giant with Walk the Moon supporting in LA this Sunday, Airborne Toxic Event, Major Lazer, Mac Miller, and Chiddy Bang among others at UC Riverside next month, and Foster the People with Mayer Hawthorne supporting in LA at the end of June.
