Nada for me this week. Already own GD:RB and don't care for Kenny (all the same, Footloose seems like it would be serious fun in RB). I've gotten such a stupid amount of new (to me) DLC thanks to the sale and the past 2 weeks offerings were fantastic, so I'm not exactly starving. Keep up the awesome HMX!
But I believe in this and it's been tested by research: he who [edit] nuns will later join the church.

    40+ greenday songs?

really? you couldn't of spread those out over the really slow summer?

HMX! You were so, so close.

You got "I'm Alright" and "Footloose", but completely missed "Danger Zone". This could have been the PERFECT Kenny Loggins 3 pack.

Still, getting any songs from movie soundtracks is a huge deal. I just wish we could've got the best song from "Top Gun" as well.
May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

I appreciate the effort that was made to release the Kenny Loggins songs this week, but wouldn't it make more sense to release some "new" Green Day songs in conjuction with the "old" ones?

Don't get me wrong, I'm still buying the Kenny Loggins songs, but I was hoping for a few Green Day songs that I don't already have.

Well, maybe when "Tré!" is released we'll get some new songs.

They already said NO to new songs back when they did the FAQ about the Green Day Rock Band being moved to the store. They said they were looking into getting some new stuff though. (just wouldn't be released at the time of this ordeal)

Give them a listen if you're not familiar, then watch Footloose and Caddyshack and your life will be better for it.
"Playing With The Boys" would have been an accepatable substitute since it also appeared on the "Top Gun" soundtrack.

Thanks for getting one song from "Footloose" and trying for "Danger Zone". I hold that there are three essential '80's movie soundtracks: "Top Gun", "Footloose" and "Flashdance". So, any song(s) from those soundtracks making it in to Rock Band makes me very happy.

...read the thread? This was already addressed by HMXhenry. The masters for "Danger Zone" weren't available. Green Day is making the tracks from GD:RB available to those who haven't purchased it, nothing more, nothing less. There are no plans for more Green Day DLC at the moment.
It's spelled "Squier." Stop spelling it like someone who is in training to be a knight.

    No, please no.
I'd rather get it done and over with!
All from the GDRB disc, it's not that big of a deal people.
