PS3? It's under the RB section, though searching for "Rock Band" might find it as well. It used to be at the end after all the sections. It's $4.99, so filtering by price might help.
360? Not sure.
Also, I believe if you go though RB1, it will send you there directly.<Insert request for more Boston here>
