I'm sticking with my prediction on the first page but changing the 80s song to:
Pixies - "Where Is My Mind?"

Reasoning: "Monkey Gone to Heaven" contains the lyrics "Then the devil is six, then the devil is six, then the devil is six" which gives the 666 and flames. The -1 represents 1 year earlier than when that song was released which happens to be the release date of "Surfer Rosa" of which "Where Is My Mind?" is on the album.
    Wishlist (possible artists):
    [4] The Killers
    [1] The Cure
    [7] AFI
    [3] Sum 41
    [11] Linkin Park
    [51] Green Day
    [9] The Offspring

Obviously, 666 is meant to represent metal. 666-5 is something that is not metal, but close to it. So logically, we could deduce that next week could possibly include these artists.

    Weezer
Their latest album "Death to False Metal" is a clue, which is a reference to a common phrase used by Manowar.

    Eagles of Death Metal
It was almost metal until they were the Eagles of it.

    Steel Panther
Death to all but metal. 665 isn't metal. HMMMMM

    Tenacious D
You can't kill the metal.... but you can subtract one from it.

Yeah so these are the likely candidates.

    or you know, maybe not

What I would give to see something else from Pinkerton on the store. I know its a different album to the one you mentioned, but it would be awesome
SillyStou: What will happen to this place when Rock Band ceases to exist?
RockBandRocker: We will all migrate to the Dance Central forums. It will be like Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt.
Munnchy: Only Flashier, with impeccable dance moves.
RockBandRocker: With more glitter and glam. We will survive

Even more censored than "Let Yourself Go" or "Kill the DJ"?

Exactly... the "lots of variety" was the variety of curses that are censored.

jib : Manowar as RBR : Muse

May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

Well, the first week of RB had:

    The Police
    Metallica
    Queens of the Stone Age
    Wolfmother

    and a bunch of covers...

    so...

I predict one of those bands and a minimum of 6 songs total.
    RB1, RB2, RB3, 1000+ songs

    XBL: MournDespana

    You're Welcome.
