In gameplay only. Everything else about the game is better than any game from this year.

Eh, TWD did most of what it did in terms of narrative, and did it better. Spec Ops is certainly to be applauded for bringing some much needed fresh air to the genre though. Like I said, not GOTY material, but that doesn't mean it is without its own merits.

And TWD makes you think your decisions really mean anything in terms of story when in fact they dont. Things are going to happen no matter what you do. Spec Ops The Line takes a genre full of immaturity and brings forth a super mature story with FANTASTIC voice acting and graphics.

I was talking more in terms of the writing and voice acting in TWD, which honestly, is better than that of the TWD TV show.

and I would say both of those things are better in Spec Ops.

They are. Spec ops finally did something other shooters have avoided. I've never felt so guilty about my actions in a game before. It was horrifying, and I loved it!

Guild Wars 2 and Little Inferno are tied for my GOTY, but to be honest I wasn't overly impressed with games from this year.

Spec Ops The Line does everything better than The Walking Dead. It plays better it looks better the VO is better and the story is better. Hands down.
