Both Eiffel 65 songs are currently available for both Xbox 360 and PS3. If you're on Wii, however, RBN content hasn't been supported since January 18th, 2011, due to low sales.

The songs are available (Blue and Move your body) for the 360 and the PS3.

They aren't on the Wii, AND on the 360 if you don't have XNA (the program the RBN uses to make and distribute songs) in your area, then you won't have access to them from the 360.

Ps3 though they should be available to everyone (I think).

If you're on Xbox or PS3, you should be able to get it. If you're on Wii, you're put of luck, as the RBN didn't get enough usage to merit keeping it around on Wii.

No you don't need an XNA sub to buy songs. What country are you in? RBN is only available in countries supported by XNA (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Sweden, Singapore, and Spain).

I'm not 100% certain about this, but I think if you live in a country that doesn't support XNA/RBN, you can create a free account and make up an address in the US and use that account to download RBN songs.
