Probably 2010. Rush, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bon Jovi, all awesome. The rest didn't have much, 2012 especially (another abominable month with only one or two songs I would ever buy).

I had to go with 2010, but it wasn't an easy decision. Blue Monday + Burning Down The House + How Do You Sleep + Whiter Shade Of Pale + The Thrill Is Gone made for a compelling collection of Pro Keys tracks. If I was a Bon Jovi fan it might have been a slam dunk. As it is, 2011 and 2012 were both pretty darned good years, too.
Obligatory DLC Wishlist:
The The - The Cure - Depeche Mode - Tori Amos
Oingo Boingo - Tones On Tail - Tom Waits
I voted blindly and picked '09. Any year would be a winner for November, so I'll justify my vote based on the Tom Petty pack and the AFI single Beautiful Theives which I had never heard of before Rockband and has easily become one of my favorites on drums over the years.
Lawdog - "That may be the dirtiest thing anyone has ever said on here."
Possibly only No Regrets from the free 20 and American Idiot + a few other singles from GD
Very happy I got both of those in full. Found some really good stuff in both packs.
edit: now that I think about it, I would really want the GD stuff, but I wouldn't have purchased it by now.

Really hard decision. Personally the only thing that stands out for me is the Breaking Benjamin pack. In the end 2008 wins, simply due to the amount of songs I've purchased from that month.
DLC Wishlist:
[ ] More Disturbed
[ ] More Coheed & Cambria
[X] More Breaking Benjamin - Nov. 1st 2011
