It is a cookie. Rather, it was a cookie. I think MTV (maybe WBIE?) got them for LRB launch. We got a few in the office just after launch, and they were super weird shortbread with rock hard "frosting" with the logo printed on it. Each cookie was vacuum sealed in a shrink wrap, like you'd see on a CD. It was probably the absolute worst cookie I have ever had in my life. #cookiestories

Probably a dumb question, but was any attempt made at tracking down a master recording (either studio or live) for "Hard To Handle" to take over for that cover version released early in the DLC cycle?

In cases where we have As Made Famous By versions, it's safe to assume that we got those when it became clear that masters / licensing the original weren't an option.

Those situations can obviously change over time (as they did with Rush or Iron Maiden), but we're usually pretty darn thorough when going after the originals, and that doesn't often change over time.

Also, for other reasons, re releasing a previously released song (even in another version) isn't always the most appealing option for most players.

Passing for me...I only am familiar with two Black Crowes songs, Hard to Handle and She Talks to Angels, and STTA isn't really buy-worthy for me. I like the song, but not enough to buy it as DLC.
