We usually get well-constructed deep hints. Unless that has suddenly changed, guesses like The Cure, Robert Palmer, Dire Straits, Elton John, or Counting Crows/Them Crooked Vultures are hard to miss and, probably, intentionally obvious (read: red herrings). That said, I have no idea what the hints do mean.

I think that's mostly true, but the last hmxhenry tone poem clearly hinted at Chicago, and we got that soon after. So I think at least one or two of the guesses so far might be close.

Yeah, that's what I'm leaning towards, either that or a Black Crows or Dire Straights single instead of a Vultures single.

If it was Money for Nothing or Sultans of Swing I'd be a very happy camper.

I can only hope that I'll feel better tomorrow, but right now I'm burning up, having all sorts of fever dreams. The Christmas tree is walking around the house... who let my dog out... there's a... a man.... on a rocket... I was laying in bed this morning and couldn't tell if the voices I heard were angels or demons. It's too hot in this house! Is that... do I see Jibs? Jibs, is that you? I can hear her talking to them. Tell them I need treatment, Jibs! I need a cure!

Doc, where are you? Doc will save me. He's always been my salvation. This whole thing has gone off the tracks... never going back... I should go back to bed. Lie down with lambs.

Oh now, it's getting darker. So dark, so black, so cold. Stone cold. I can see the ravens circling over head... or are they vultures?... waiting to pick away at me. Im not an ornithologist, damn it! It's my sandwich, you can't have it!

    I CLEARLY NEED MORE SLEEP.

It's spelled "Squier." Stop spelling it like someone who is in training to be a knight.

if we get Them Crooked Vultures, I hope we at least get Scumbag Blues. It was on both GHWoR and GT5 so I'd have to get that one pretty quick.

I don't think I saw anyone pick up on the song lyrics and reference here, but it points to Soul Asylum - Runaway Train. Salvation = an asylum for the soul, and the writing after is close to the subject matter and "never going back" is a direct lyric.

A long time ago I think HMXHenry tweeted about that song and I was hoping it was a hint at RBDLC. I think its coming! Getting my hopes up anyways.
