I would gladly pay maybe 1.00 per song that I had previously purchased, or perhaps a sliding scale of sorts - 10.00 for 12 songs, 15.00 for 20 songs, of my choice from my previous purchases, to add to a new console. It would help me to be more selective of the music that ends up on the new console! (There is a LOT on there that I don't play)

As much as I love RB, I would never be able to pay any more for the dlc than I've already paid. i've already invested probably somewhere around 2 grand on this game. I have put up with all of the ps3 xmb glitches and disconnects from the servers etc. because that's where I invested my money instead of xbox. A decision I deeply regret. If HMX wants to keep RB alive...the ball is in their court to make it affordable for both new and seasoned players in terms of dlc and new controllers. and before someone says they did, they gave us blitz..I'm not talking about blitz. It's a great game, however it's no substitute for the original.

I would love to see new plastic instruments made with a 6th fret button. There are tons of people who have pretty much mastered the 5 button gameplay and adding a new button could spring some life into a new game.

It's for the best that the Guitar Hero game was canceled. I'll give credit for not wanting to make another Rock Band knockoff, but the six-string sounds like an awkward middle ground between the accessible 5-button gameplay and the authentic real guitar gameplay, and lack of compatibility with existing controllers and songs wouldn't have gone over well at all.

Considering it was the cost of said guitar that was off-putting, I wouldn't doubt for a minute Activision would've farted that game out if it was even close to 'decent'.
