The song is pretty good.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut licensing it would probably be one of the hardest due to it's Disney ties.

After seeing this, I decided to look it up.

I can't say I agree. It's not as bad as some of their other songs, but the vocals are irritating to me. And the instrumentation sounds like a bland version of Maroon 5.
