Because Activision wasn't involved yet. I don't think I have to explain further.

I feel a bias toward 90s alternative going on with this guy. Seriously he was mad that they got Sex and Candy!? That could have had the greatest visual representation ever!!!

You might like the song, but Marcy Playground isn't exactly the kind of name they should use to sell their game.

He only mentioned a few songs and I highly doubt those were the big ticket songs when he mentioned The Darkness and Metallica earlier.

The way he was talking about it made it sound like that was the best they could get. Metallica was probably a placeholder, and even if The Darkness wasn't, a song that was in three other Guitar Hero games is a sign that maybe the franchise should stay dead.

WT holds a special place in my heart as the worst GH game ever made. Terrible graphics, horrible vocal engine, the introduction of those godafwul purple notes.... just no. Worst thing is that made they made a few more games off of that engine. At least they made GH5 better.

World Tour made squinty eyed Frankenstein's monster headed people feel special that someone made a game about them.

I didn't know everyone despised World Tour. I never really owned it and I've played it maybe 3 times, but was it really that bad?
