Can I buy Skullcrusher Mountain for Wii? Where do I start?

I want to buy Skullcrusher Mountain for Rockband for Wii. It's a gift for a friend who is much more technically savvy than me (I am pretty incompetent). But can I purchase the song? How do I get it onto the Wii? Can someone walk me through this process??

You cant really buy it and gift it, the person who's console it will be used on needs to buy it.

You could get them a Wii points card and write Skullcrusher Mountain on it or something. :P
