    How to activate the overdrive on drums on all songs RB3?

    Hit the green pad at the end of the fill or when the green shading on that column ends, depending on which option you have selected. I don't often drum, so I don't know which is the default or how to toggle it.

    Are you asking for ideal Overdrive paths?

    It'd be better to ask ScoreHero or some other site dedicated to scoring the highest scores. Not many of us really care about that stuff.
