Well, I'm hoping a few bands from Blitz get packs...

Barenaked Ladies - If I Had $1,000,000, Pinch Me, The Old Apartment, Big Bang Theory

Collective Soul - Heavy, The World I Know, Run, December, Where The River Flows

Great White - Rock Me, Save Your Love

Kelly Clarkson - Since U Been Gone, Breakaway

Quiet Riot - C'um on Feel The Noize, Mama Weer All Crazee Now, The Wild And The Young

Rick Springfeild - I've Done Everything For You, Human Touch
    DLC I Need:
    __ Peter Gabriel
    __ Midnight Oil
    __ Twisted Sister
    __ Robert Palmer
    __ Slade
    __ Journey
    __ Oingo Boingo
    __ Genesis
    __ ELP
    __ ELO

    Vocals:

    1. Party Hard: I'm going to pull a Bryan2Blazed here. I strongly believe that the post-chorus should have been talkies instead of pitches. It's a little awkward, and it makes the song less anthemic and powerful than it should be.
    2. Tonight Tonight: Oh my god, oh my god, I hate this song and I hate having to put myself on the same level as the snot-nosed brat singing it. Why didn't we get I Like It Like That? I think it was about as popular, but most importantly isn't completely insufferable.

    Musical opinion:

    The Only Exception
    If You Leave Me Now
Don't Know What You Got ('Til It's Gone)
    Mercy
    Alone
    Shadow of the Day
    Starting Over
    Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)
    Sometimes Salvation

Each of these songs that were released as DLC in 2012 (except Kelly Clarkson, obviously) are the ones I would consider truly bad; free of much redemption. And yet no thoughts I have against those songs would come close to eclipsing the seething hatred I feel for Tonight Tonight. Not only is it lacking in any artistic integrity, its hook and concept are too obnoxious to even be mindless fun. What does that Zack Galafinakis line even mean? Is it a joke? A burn? I could go on, but I think Todd In The Shadows made a compelling case a year ago, and I shan't keep you from watching that excellent dissertation.

Bottom line, I bought this song so you don't have to, or I like to tell myself that in some vain attempt in justifying the song's very existence. It's certainly winning the DLC Of The Year award for Worst Song (Musically). I'll make that topic in a day or two if no one else does.

    Cool

    *****ety ***** *****
    So much *****ing!

    How about some positivity?
How about a w00t for Blitz songs coming to the Wii (even in spite of wii's small sales #'s)?
    w00t!
How about a w00t w00t for Pro upgrades on Blitz songs?
    w00t w00t
How about Harmonix still courting current artists, big sellers, legends (and others)?
    w00t!
How about NOT saying what you WON'T buy and saying what you WILL?
And how about being a real rebel by shutting up if you hate it all?

**I** am excited to buy Fun & Pink (more, please!)
Definitely will check out Andrew wk & Chelle Rae (prob "oh THAT song" releases for me)
And amped that Sir Elton & MCR have returned for more!!

Thanks Harmonix for continuing to support RB!!
    Happy New Year!

I think he's more likely rolling in his grave at your narrow view of rock.
