    Lost All Rock Band World Goals

    I accidentally unlinked my account on the Rock Band World app, and now after I've relinked it, I have 0 goals completed. Is there any way I can get those lost goals back?
    Anyone else want Baroness in RB?

    Hey dude,

    Sorry to hear you accidentally unlinked! Unfortunately, though, that's how Rock Band World works with an unlink, so we don't have any way to reinstate your completed goals.

    Yet in 11 hours you respond to a Rockband World question?

    Blitz has customers of yours out there like myself who do not want to share thier personal information with your company by signing up for your Facebook App. But after giving your company plenty of money I feel like you only priority is your Facebook App.

    The Flame note thread proves the passion of Rockbands fan base yet the lack of action after 9 days is surprising. Yet a Rockband world Facebook App question get's an 11 hour response. And in 9 days you have avoided the thread dealing with Flame notes or commenting to all your customers who are overwhelming disappointed by the direction of your game.

    In case it's not obvious, some questions are easier to answer than others. This user had an issue Pope was able to respond to in one post, and it didn't take more than 30 seconds of his time.

    Customer support isn't prioritized based on which player spent the most money. The flame note thread remains a top priority, which should be clear from my repeated involvement in the thread over the course of the last week. You're not being ignored and you're being updated as often as we are able.

    When not responding to other posters who have issues that are equally important to them, Pope has been in meetings with Blitz producers and QA leads discussing options, representing community feedback, and drafting a response for the flame note thread. But that is not the only thread on the forums and to suggest that Pope shouldn't even respond to other users is both selfish and asinine.

    We hope to have a more detailed response posted in the flame notes thread by the end of the day today. Sit tight, keep an eye on that thread, and please don't dog someone who has been going above and beyond to help you just because he had the audacity to help someone else.

    Your unprofessional response to me tells me all I need to know about this company. Many people claim to walk away from things but don't. I really will be walking away from doing business with your company.

    You completely change a game the day after Christmas. Upset a large population who plays this game. And than act like you are a saint because you made a couple of posts. Spare me the dramatics. Why don't you tell all your customers what you do with the personal information you collect from your Facebook Rockband World App?

    You might not care to lose the few hundred dollars I have spent now that I have spent it. I am the fool who wasted his money. But at least you won't get anymore money from me or anyone I know anymore.

    In all my years of dealing with people in the video game industry this whole process was a sham. To see you ruin a game because of a Facebook App and than treat me as the guilty one because I ask for a response from your boss 9 days after it happens. You must be young. At least you sure act like it.

    Also what part of my response was "Ignorant" and "whiney"? I explained exactly why what they did was unprofessional so why not enlighten me tough guy?

    So I ask a developer to answer the most pressing question after 9 days of silence from him, get called asinine, selfish, whiney, and ignorant by employees of a company I was a customer of and you think that "demonstrates" my value of people in general? Interesting logic.

    Your question was one that needed evaluation and couldn't be answered from the hip. Perhaps not the most tactful wording but your post in a completely unrelated thread is something that could have been done through a PM. You have your answer now though so you are surely suitably unhappy with it so carry on.
