this is really a silly discussion. for one thing, dlc is scheduled weeks in advance. that song, which isn't even a new song but a re-release of a song previously released on blitz, was almost certainly scheduled for release well before the shooting took place. hmx has said several times that it takes weeks to submit dlc to first party, get it tested, and put it on their release schedule. sure, they could have pulled it at the last minute, that's happened before. but does this really warrant it? we're talking about completely optional content for a video game. it's not like pulling a song from the radio, where someone may accidentally hear the song against their will and be offended. nobody has to hear or play a DLC track against their will. they have to willingly choose to buy the song and play it. simply making the song available for purchase doesn't hurt anybody who thinks that song is inappropriate or offensive. just don't buy it.
