    Just read and article about Burger King using horse meat in their burgers. I'm so glad I have not eaten there in years.

    Why is horse meat any different than pig, cow, chicken, turkey or any other meats what we normally eat?

    It's not, you're right. The thing is that if you're going to make a burger, I would expect it to be 100% beef, and not have horse meat in it.

    I had a buffalo burger once. It was tough and stringy.
