Comment wasn't in reference to the creative side or your ambition, it was more directed at the overall lack of knowledge on the technical side (ie what kinda cameras you need for recording and same for the computer you need in terms of memory and hard drive space for editing). It'd suck to burn out because of that aspect, when it's the creative part that you're really interested in.

I'm not sure why that's any better. I'm committed to doing this. It's what I want, and I know it's what I want.
And I think that's all I want to say to you about it.

You missed a whole episode of radio WAYDRN.
He didn't call you a quitter. Just when one person takes on something as big as this(while it is still pretty simple it is kind of a big thing) all by themselves it can be easy for the person to get frustrated which may end up ending the project. Especially when this is your first time with a lot of the things involved. Not saying you can't or won't so it it just a pretty big undertaking.

Noooooooo!!!!! One of these days you need to do a radio WAYDRN when we have the band together!
Don't think I'm being cryptic, I think you misread what I was saying (which was just some friendly advice to not be hard on yourself if/when you run into issues due to a lack of technical know-how when it's the creative element thats important for you) into something negative (which you are really good at doing), and if that's how you want to read it, then fine by me.
My opinion of you varies based on the topic. Some things I have a very high opinion of you, others, not so much.
Edit: WWW pretty much summed it up...
