My kitchen floor is very squeaky. I'm worried that one day I will fall down to the garage below.

Everything on the ground floor here. No worries about that (except possibly somebody else falling through the floor into my apartment, at which point I'll probably either send them the bill or start charging them rent).

I think the most inconvient thing about my kitchen is that the dishwasher has to be hooked up to the sink. (it's on wheels, so moving it isn't an issue) Kinda sucks if I want a glass of water\.

New update on Rosa. She made it out of the bone marrow transplant safely, but there's no way to know for a few weeks or even months if it'll really take. The immediate worst is probably over, at least as far as her life is concerned. She says she's feeling very tired, weak and ill all over and in a lot of pain (bone pain is the worst there is). She'll continue to be under close observation, though I think she is headed home for now.
