I've got a list of songs which people complained a lot when these weren't in the DLC release of the first time the artist got DLC in 2012:

The bolded songs have either been released or known issues that have made the song unreleasable (e.g. other songs by said artist released since initial first appearance in 2012) so I predict if there's any returning artists, at least 1 of the songs not bolded will be released.
