I just sign up for classes that fit my time schedule. In high school either you took the class from the teacher or you don't. There was no choosing.

Agree with this 100%, same goes for college classes. The right teacher can make all the difference whether you pass or fail the class which is why RateMyProfessors has become such a reliable source during my college years.

Or, for that matter, TA's. The reason I'm not an engineer today is because I couldn't find a physics TA at the school I had attended that spoke proper English, and it made it extraordinarily difficult to learn anything.

Agreed. I had experience on the obverse side of this as well. My HS Economics and Political Science Teacher was fabulously entertaining, kept the whole class engaged, taught us in a way that Seniors in high school get, and nominated me for the only scholorship I was offered (Political Science). Unfortunately one of the things that I learnded in PS is that I wanted nothing to do with the corrupt business of poliitics.

Same here on the PoliSci side of things. Still trying to look into whether or not it would be worth my while to pursue my doctorate in Economics, though.

Pinball and Eurythmics. Got 3 out of 5 missions complete on the Fantastic 4 table ending with 161 mil. I got like 8 multiballs. Best I've ever done.
