STM: it varies, but usually Friday or Saturday night sometime between 9 and 10 CST, ending late (I usually have to bail first since they're both in PST).

You can publish a book for a few dollars these days. And physical publication is fast going the way of the dinosaurs anyway. It's not the great, mystical barrier it once was. Anyone can self-publish. The barrier to entry in filmmaking (rote costs) remains much higher.

And physical publication is pretty easy, trust me. We do a lot of print on demand stuff at work.
