If you're still looking for new shows MMB, try going old school with Cheers and Wings. Both still hold up really well. Cheers takes a little while to get rolling but is a great show. The Rebecca years are the best but by season 3 they'd found their stride.

Wings has a great ensemble cast and had several crossovers with Cheers.

They've got Faulty Towers back up now too. That's an absolute classic. John Cleese is awesome and the show would set the standard for sitcoms to follow.

I watched Married with Children the other day.

The comedy in that show is sooo low brow. I don't enjoy it much.

I think it's hit and miss. The first few seasons defiantly made a point to be crass, that's how they stood out. The Jefferson years were alright though.
