Ive filled out applications for every place around and none of them had that test he is talking about. Also none of them had nearly as many questions.

Subway used to do that as well, and a few other employers still do. I did a pretty in-depth one when I applied at Cummins.

Yeah that clears it up. I think every application Ive done has had those. The worst are the ones without the "Neutral" option.
