Noted. I'll give those a listen today

I missed the chance to see them live :/ They played Reading '11, but I can't remember why I didn't go...

Oh wait. My mate wanted to see crystal castles and didn't want to go alone... Ah... I did get to see a truly odd and wonderfull collaboration between Jarvis ****er and The Strokes afterwards.

Munnchy: Only Flashier, with impeccable dance moves.
RockBandRocker: With more glitter and glam. We will survive

That's freaking amazing!!! I love Crystal Castles!!! Strange thing is Rocksmith has Jarvis' solo stuff but no Pulp!? Evil but hell I'm a man who will take what he can get.

I figured that would be your reaction :P What's better than pulp or the strokes? How about both?! .... Sort of...

I'm still amazed we have no pulp in RB. It's a crying shame! That one song we have in Rocksmith is pretty damn good though. A lot of fun to play

Ah, damn, I remember one of my friends would also get a shake like that at the Salt & Pepper Diner in Chicago, whenever we would meet up in town. One huge shake is enough, but then — bonus! — there would be almost a full 2nd one left in the metal cup.

Then he went vegan and lost a bunch of weight and now does nothing but bike and work out. I haven't seen him in person in years.

I'm actually using my phone so I can't see the vid till later. I just saw the mention of Crystal Castles and lost my s***. I think it's a well known fact I love Strokes. I'm just stating the less obvious one. I'm jealous my wife saw them (Crystal Castles) a few years back and loved them live.

It was one of my favourite acts of that weekend, but above all, they were one of the most present acts of the weekend. They actively involved the crowd, but while not sacrificing the music. It was beautiful!

Oh, that video by the way is a cover of Just what I needed by the cars. Another reason to rush home and watch it :P

They took part in some electronic/alternative/metal festival that my wife took part on the indie stage where they opened for some band and she did setup as well. She was pissed because Hot Chip played at the same time as her old band so practically no one was there to see her.

Hot chip aren't all that. I thought a large part of festivals were to discover new music? In which case, I'm appalled more people didn't go to your wife's show.

I'm unhappy that Dog got banned. He's obviously on someone's crap-list.

I used crap as a substitute for **** up there.
