Yup, all of the mods (and one ex-mod) do. It was part of a swag kit a couple of years back that was a really nice way of HMX to say thanks for us making their jobs a bit easier.

And I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too, Gand. Hopefully they can still sneak you onto the guest list or something like that.

Other folks do. Depends on the comunity, and generally you won't hear about it from the mods when they do.

I was an admin on Paintball.com forums for a while, and they sent me to one of the William Shatner painball charity games.

They really are genuinely a bunch of awesome people, joined together by their love of making games. But every single HMX'er that I've met, from the lowliest intern to their director of operations, were all both incredibly nice and incredibly passionate about what they do.
