It takes a lot to move it one way or the other... unless you do something really evil, like blow up a whole town.
In BigMF's defense, that thing is in the middle of town, just begging to be blown up.
I wanted to play Fallout 3 SO BADLY when I first saw the ads in the DC Metro. Could I find the post-apocalyptic remains of my neighborhood? My house, even?
I still haven't found out, I only played for a few hours and never escaped the vault. I liked the game but got distracted by some other title and then forgot about it. I'll have to start over at this point, if I ever get fully moved in.
But I strongly suspect that the answer to my first questions will be "no".
