Worst sitcom I ever saw was Hank Azaria's Imagine That. Oh god that show was so amazingly bad. I did watch both episodes that aired, but I knew right from the get-go that it wasn't gonna be around for long.

I liked that show he had a year or so ago with Anthony Stewart-Head. Didn't last long though.

There was also that ****ty Bosom Buddies ripoff that aired on ABC for like, 4 episodes.
