10 minutes into Dark Knight Rises and already my wife is talking like Bane. I love this woman way too much.

The difference here is that I'm the only one that does anything around the house. I'm the only one that cleans, does anyone else's laundry, cooks 5 days of the week, and drives his ass around most of the time.

I've forgotten your age. Are you getting close to living on your own? I have little doubt that you'd do fine at it.

I would so love to live on my own but do to ****ty circumstances I have never been employed and I'm finding it difficult to find a job. Turns out no one wants to hire a 22 year old who has zero experience. So with no source of income I'm stuck here.

Normally parents would help you get started out on your own (with expenses and the like). I guess money's a lot tighter for everyone now than it was 9 years ago (I am so old) when I first moved out of my childhood home. It's really only been the last 6 years or so that I've been completely self-sufficient. Do you have any other relatives? If you're in your 20's, you really shouldn't be living with mom and dad anymore (no reflection on you, except how ****ty your situation is). Just getting out of the nest will do you wonders. I've had friends who ran off to go stay with aunts and uncles and cousins and whatnot. Could that be an option, if work or school aren't? Sounds like you just need to get away from it.

I only talk to my mother's side of the family and both her sisters wouldn't really have room for me at their houses. Plus, while I am a bit frustrated with them now, I do have responsibilities. If I'm not here then there would be no one to drive my dad to and from work and no one to cook dinner when my mom has work.

I dont see a problem with being 22 and still living with your parents. That would be still in college for most people and for most people I wouldnt expect them to live completely on their own. Since he is in a situation where he doesnt have any work experience its going to be pretty damn hard to get something to support himself completely. If your parents arent going to kick out out, it might sound bad but if they are accusing you of not doing anything around the house for a week dont do anything.
