You sound like my daughters. They keep trying to stand but keep falling over. I've had to tape styrofoam to our tables and such so they don't hurt themselves. They keep ending up with bruises and scratches, but its their fault.

Maybe you should tape styrofoam to them instead.

I am sore as all hell from all the shoveling, snowblowing, and clean-up from this storm. I was finally able to get my car cleared off earlier today and the warm temperatures, no wind, and plentiful sunshine has helped melt the tiny layer of snow on top of the driveway. Salt has helped clear off the steps to the house and the small patches of ice. Thankfully, the snow on my roof has slid off and melted so when the half inch of rain comes pouring down tomorrow, I won't have to worry about all the snow on the roof causing it to collapse.

Was really strange driving around today. Many roads are only about 1.5 lanes instead of two due to all the snow on the side. The plaza where I do all my shopping has HUGE mountains of snow in them that will likely remain there until June or so. (And yes, when the piles get so huge, they tend to stick around in some manner until the summer hits. It's odd seeing a mound a foot around and a few inches high of snow when it's 80 degrees outside).

Driving was like being in a maze with the piles on the sides of the road higher than my car. So surreal.
