It's a WAYDRN in-joke from a few months back.

AMC runs it's promos for TWD every 30 seconds so people started being smart asses and asking when it was. And they kept running ads with Dish crossed out on them (as they were in contract disputes) so the other thing became people posting "**** Dish"

It was the 90's.

Even though it's dated now, seasons 3-6 of Seinfeld are 4 of the greatest seasons in sitcom history.

And we have Curb Your Enthusiasm which is like a more modern, R-rated Seinfeld anyway.
