Linking code (Wii profile name issue)

Hi, total n00b here.

I'm trying to link my RB3 game to the website, I have my linking code but every time I enter my Wii profile name it tells me it's wrong. I'm using the profile name that I'm playing as, I am doing the right thing, right?

I had the problem of the font being too small and not being able to read it.
If you go in to play A song and then pause the game then go look at it, it will appear in bigger font allowing you to see it better.
Not sure if this helps but it fixed my problem.
