[PS3] RB3 no longer tracking career goals for multiple instruments in local co-op

Exactly what the title says. I'm not sure whose bright idea it was to not allow multiple playstation accounts to be logged in at once (despite the 360 version doing it just fine), but now, when playing in local co-op it won't track additional players' instruments. Previously it was working fine, and no settings have been changed on our end.

PS3 never allowed multiple PSN account to be logged on RB3 as far as I know.

That's not my issue, my issue is that even when it's told to track individual progress when 2 people are playing locally on the same PSN account, it isn't.
