ONLY two? at this point, we should count ourselves lucky we're even still getting pro upgrades, let alone two of them. that's twice the usual number we get a week now, and compared to just a few weeks ago, it's, well, about infinity times as many.

i do wish walk this way had gotten an upgrade though.

Look closely).

Not only the band and pack size, but the song selection is extremely impressive. The 2 most indispensable Aerosmith songs, in my humble opinion, are "Dream On" and "Sweet Emotion." Indeed, those are the kind of iconic rock tunes that we haven't seen since "All Along the Watchtower" or the last CCR pack and which I'd fully despaired of ever seeing again. With those 2 included, the rest is gravy. I haven't heard anything from the new album yet but the whole pack is insta-bought because I want to support the effort if nothing else.

The only arguable downside is that, after 3 weeks with only 2 songs as official DLC (RIP, weekly streak; you were legendary in your time), I'd almost processed the end of this 5 year habit. But this DLC is a stark reminder of how great this game can be, and causes my hopes to elevate again a bit when that's probably still not called for. But for this week at least, if I may steal a line from Hemingway, it's very pretty to think that we may continue to see excitement-worthy DLC in the future.
    No, No, and Yes.

How many of these songs are on the Aerosmith Game Disc that came out years ago? And was that game "guitar" only? Trying to remember now.. or was it mic and drums etc.?

All but the two new songs (Legendary Child and Lover Alot) were in Aerosmith. But they got a different version of Dream On.

Only one appeared on Smash Hits, "Back in the Saddle Again." A few others resurfaced as full-band DLC later on.
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.

    I wanted Metallica

This is great too, though. I'll probably only pick up Dream On and Walk This Way for now.
