It's not an awesome day for announcements, I know. RB has been the focus of most of my waking hours for the last 5 years, so it's no picnic for me either. I hope everyone is aware that this isn't something we did without a lot of forethought and planning. We love RB every bit as much as all of you and want to do everything we can to support it as best we can for as long as we can.

Thanks to everyone for their understanding, positive comments, and constructive questions. I'll continue to respond to what I can as best I can.

Well, he certainly implied it, but he didn't directly say that they were gonna stop DLC. Nonetheless, that's a bit depressing, but all in all, I can catch up on older DLC (because all the new DLC puts me way behind) and finally download all the songs I've been wanting to.

Anyways, I haven't gotten a chance to watch the trailer yet: does the live version of Dream On sound okay? I'm usually indifferent about live versions (except for The Spirit of Radio - that was actually pretty neat as a live version), so I may skip on it for now.

I swear though, these are loooong overdue. I'm sure HMX has been trying to pursue them for a long time now.

This is great too, though. I'll probably only pick up Dream On and Walk This Way for now.

When this ^^ is the most negative comment on the DLC discussion thread, you know it's a good week.

And I've been fantasizing about playing drums on "Walk This Way" since I started. The bass line on "Sweet Emotion is one of the greatest in history as well.
