I think the date is off on the announcement...

EDIT: And some PS3'ers will be very happy to see "Man in Motion" make it to PS3 RBN...

Henry, £1.19 will now be the standard price for singles on PSN UK instead of £0.99?

Sorry, I don't know how dates work.

Correct. Each console controls the final store pricing and they each have their own conversion formula to account for the exchange rate. Sony recently updated those numbers for UK pricing (pounds only) and they have been reflected in the pricing of the last few weeks of DLC.

To my understanding this shouldn't affect any of the back catalog pricing, only content moving forward.

That really is too bad since people will likely still blame you thus tarnishing a near spotless record for Harmonixflame notes nerf is the rest
I never thought a game would be able to inspire the formation of a real band or strengthen friendships. Thank you Harmonix, for making Rock Band.

Good catch! I've passed it along to the Web Team. That should be corrected shortly. Thanks for the heads up.

It hasn't been an issue so far. Anyone that's noticed has been fairly understanding of the fact that pricing isn't entirely in our control. Beyond that, this update to conversion rates should affect all PS3 DLC released in the UK, it's likely just more noticeable with RB since we're releasing the most content in a variety of price points with the most regularity.

I access the store on wednesday just to buy the Aerosmith pack and only the new songs were by £1.19. Today I access the store to buy some songs from my wishlist and I was surprise that all other singles that were £0.99 are now £1.19!!!
It's too bad because now I'll have to cut some songs from my wishlist and think more before purchase a song.

It's funny that SCEE took several weeks to update all songs on Sale! and 'till now we have some RBN songs missing, but took just a few days to raise the price of all RB3 singles and packs (actually, I didn't checked all).

All other 3 songs are incredibly more deserving of the upgrade than The Wicker Man. Whatevs, looking forward to next week!

For Once Bitten, sure, but So Far Away was overly boring on legacy guitar, so I imagine it's even worse on real guitar. And Death on Two Legs is too empty.

Anyway, grabbing St. Elmo's Fire and Gemini.

Once Bitten Twice Shy is my 2nd most wanted Blitz upgrade and Death on Two Legs is 3rd. And Death On Two Legs isn't really empty, and it doesn't bother me much considering that the actual guitar part is incredibly awesome that I really want to learn and play. So Far Away's riff grew on me and it's mellow and engaging.

The Wicker Man's riff and solo are nice, but I have no desire to actually learn to play it. It just does nothing for me, sorry.
